What do we need to prepare before discovery?

Nothing formal. A list of the tools and spreadsheets your team uses, and time with the people who do the work, is enough to start mapping how things run today.

How long does a project take?

It depends on scope. Most engagements start with one focused system rather than everything at once, and we give you a timeline after the discovery step.

How involved does our team need to be?

Most involved during discovery and design, when we need to understand how work really happens. During build, we need short reviews at each stage.

Can you work with us remotely?

Yes. We work with businesses in India, the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the wider GCC), the UK and Europe, and the US. Discovery, design reviews, and training all run remotely.
